  • No. LaRoca offers different spaces for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception area.

  • Yes. Additional set up and breakdown days are permitted for an additional fee.

  • Yes. There are approximately 200 cars for all vendors and guests parking. Parking lot fees are based on the amount of cars expected. We strongly recommend shuttling all guests in and out.

  • Yes. The venue has endless potential that is only fully met with the aid of a licensed and insured Event Planning team to assist with design, logistics, and day of orchestration. No “Day-of Coordinators” are permitted. However, the venue offers in house coordination services for smaller events.

  • Access is customized depending on budget and event needs. Overnight accomodations available upon request.

  • Yes. it is available upon request.

  • No. However all planners must be pre-approved by the property management.

  • The production fee covers all logistics and administrative duties leading up to the event to ensure each planner and client has all the information and assistance needed to accomplish a successful event.

  • No. Clients are not permitted to bring their own alcohol.

  • Ovenight accomodation packages available upon request.

  • Generators are necessary when hiring a band or extensive lighting. While is is not mandatory for smaller event, we always recommend to rent one in case the city shuts down the power on windy days as a fire prevention.

  • No. This is a non-smoking venue.

  • The venue is unsafe for children that are not supervised. For their safety and liability reasons, only 4 children ( < 15 years old) maximum are allowed on property and must be under a baby sitter’s supervision at all time. In-house nannies are required when having children onsite.

  • Leashed Pets are permitted for events. but are not permitted for overnight occupancy in the Villa.

  • 10:00 p.m. on weekdays and 11:00 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.

  • No. Catering requests can be made through eventplanner.

  • Yes.

  • Yes. This option is available should there be no other event scheduled the next day. Additional fees will apply.

  • Yes. You may have 1 hour that same week of your event.

  • Yes. You may reach out to Premiere Party Rents to get a quote.

  • Yes. Parking attendants must be present for all venue rental hours. Golf carts are highly recommended given the size of the property.

  • Yes. When having more than 10 people on site and due to the sensitive and private septic system.

  • Truck sizes can be determined after touring the property.

  • Cold sparklers are permitted with a fireman supervision. Open flame are not allowed.

  • 10 a.m. Furniture Rentals and the cleaning crew will be the only vendors allowed on property from 8am-10am - no exceptions.

  • Yes. There is a 1400 sf wedding cottage for bridal party preparations and make up artists. A complete kitchen, bedroom and bathroom can accommodate up to 10 guests. Groomsmen can be hosted in billiards room which includes smll dressing room and bathroom.

  • LaRoca requires ALL vendors and clients to acquire insurance coverage as required by the wedding site manager
